Getting NI installer

Hi guys, quick question...
Did you ever have a situation where you couldn't install NI software becouse the NI downloader says 'you are not authorised to download this software' (maybe not the exact wording).
I bought Monark second-hand but the seller deleted installer. NI registered the serial against my account but when I click on download, its not Monark which is downloaded but downloader. And when I run that downloader, I get that message.

I know that NI will eventually help me with it but it's already 1 week since I bought it and still can't try it

Any suggestions ?

can't you download demo and register via service center? your problems should disappear i think:)

Monark doesn't have a demo unfortunately, and the downloader is notoriously unwilling to download (I've heard more complaints). I'm sorry man, your best bet might just be to contact NI again... Or maybe do some digging in forums for the NI downloader, maybe someone found a solution (or is kind enough to post it here )

..usually NI send you a download link via mail if you ask. In your account there's only the update for Monark and/or the Komplete 9 isos.

Every registered user has an account page which has download links for all their registered products.

ok, if monark don't have the demo, write down e-mail to support but don't forget write them down your serial too! and like was said you have registered which from your post i don't think, download from your product and serial page:) hope your problems will be solved soon:)
