With the capability in iOS 8, will there now be a unified file management between apps in iOS 8?

No. Applications will be able to pass information between each other easier, via extensions. But there's no central file repository.

Yes, but I think one can use one app for all storage, e.g. Audioshare, or even cloud.
And every app can share between them.

Yes there is, but just not on the device itself, that's what iCloud drive is for (once more apps support it).
