Good or bad? You didnt specify, so your poor attempt at humour fell at the first hurdle.
You might want work on that.

I'm slightly drunk now from the ol' single malt..
The album sounds a little bit better, but I still switched to Bach about 10 minutes in.

If it can't stop the Bach urge for more than 10 minutes, there's something wrong with it.
It's my acid-.. ney.. Bach test, so to speak.

It's an ok album, I just can't understand the fuss about Aphex Twin.
Never could.
My other host is Bruce Forsyth

I ma make it short...

Listened to the album and turned it off after a while.
It sounds rather badly blown up with software,
so, no software isn't his field, maybe in the future?

He always worked with hardware and just used laptops for his performances.
This album is obviously produced with hardware too.

Many years ago i read that he had an dispute with warp record.I knew that he owed them a record. :D

Beside that,Aphex, wtf, there are gems out there like this, way ahead of it's time and still it is.

Btw,his interview regarding the EDM scene is ridiculous, lol, sounds like my grandfather,
ah,he never liked to be interviewed. :hihi:

Who cares, about the music anyway, the most important is to have it on vinyl, so it can be displayed on the coffee table.

More random modular noise, but the price is right!
Incomplete list of my gear: 1/8" audio input jack.

ROFL, this should be posted over in the Buchla thread. Sounds pretty much like everyone else's unfinished Buchla ramblings to me.

Anything RDJ says should be taken with a pinch of salt, he likes to head f**k

Wouldnt be surprised if he made the entire album in 1 month with Dubturbo

That may be, but that interview he did with his friend was quite extensive. In fact, I'd say it pretty much exhausted my desire to learn any further details about his production process for the rest of my life!
