Hmmm...

I'm pondering a few things myself.

One is to make some non-guitar-metel as counterprogramming...I'm just worried that people wouldn't really get it...("I likes the drums, but, dude, what's with the strings and organs. Metel doesn't have strings and organs"...)

Two is to offer some sort of assistance to our guitar impaired members...

I don't know what form this would take...I could play on people's tracks, I suppose, or post a set of guitar samples of some sort...any suggestions?

...any bribes?

i think a few rars of samples from the various guitar gods here on kvr should help out those who want it

strings would be okay i'd say for metal tune, but organs..............NO. that should be grounds for immediate disqualification

Oh, but it would've been cool if we'd provided some geetar sample fodder from the start that everybody had to use...

Another counter-idea: maybe muzak versions of metal classics? A friend of mine swears he heard "Run To The Hills" in a dentists' office.

not particularly likeing metal and not being able to sing or play guitar could be a little hampering this month.

My song is shaping up to at best partially metallic.

how strict is the competition ? if its kind of a guitarry thing with big beats and stuff will that do ?
