Does anyone know what is this song, who played it, when, and in which album?

I need a help from whoever wants...

Does anyone know the exact name of this song, the exact name of the band, the exact name of the studio album which contained it, and the year it was released?

I have absolutely no indication, and of course it's not a competition, there's nothing to win except my very high gratitude!

Very nice, isn't it?

The problem is that I have absolutely no clue at all to know what, who, where and when. It's something extract from an old cassette tape found in a drawer but with no indication at all, and with nothing else than this song.

No luck with Shazam. That's my hat in the ring

TrackID doesn't find anything either.
CrimsonWarlock aka TechnoGremlin, Moved to Reason and Rack Extensions exclusively (from Reaper and VSTs) several years ago.

Seems like a spaghetti-western soundtrack. I'm sure it's neither Ennio Morricone nor Luis Bacalov, but I'd check something similar

the shredding and the occasional faint shouts in the background has me thinking it's Dick Dale, but I'm not sure which song.

Riley
Macbook Pro M4, Ableton 12 Suite, NI Komplete

I've done a little check... unfortunately it seems to be none of them.

And even if this song is very "guitaristic" with a "60's color" I think that the band which made this song plays also keyboards, synths, perhaps a band from the end of the 70's or somewhere in the 80's.

Really hard to find who is that band...

It doesn't sound like anything mainstream to me, but very well could be, more like album filler material.

Could be touched by the hands of Joe Meek?

In the track you have uploaded there is a background swoosh coming on after about a minute.

That reminds me of the sound at the start of Telstar

Tornados played that kind of surf/twang guitar style like this unknown track

Post

Ha ha! Thanks Numanoid! But it's not the Tornados. I heard them in my childhood (they were part of the village balls at this time in beginning of the 60's and we listened to them on the old turntables with the Shadows and other bands who had the same electro-acoustic guitars).

Alas it's not them.

The question remains open.

Has someone ever heard of a band who could have been named "Logic Station" (the same name as the Apple application) perhaps in the 70's or in the 80's? Someone wrote me that it could be a band named a bit like that but without any other possible information from him... and I can't find any mention of this band on the web.

Good point. I know a rather good part of his discography but I haven't found that song within his collection. But you're right, not only the style but also the occasional faint shouts in the background, all that could make think to him. However, I don't think that it's him because he has a personal style and a sound signature recognizable among all and which is not really the same in that song. But it could be a song "Dick Dale inspired" yes. Anyway... without being himself very famous he has inspired so many great musicians...
