how to make youtube sound better

I think youtube is the business but some of the techno I like is bad audio quality. Is there a way I cud make my favorite tracks sound better ? . Wud a wav converter work

Bad audio quality probably means it was degraded, printed at a low resolution, typically in order to facilitate a fast upload and processing and a less problematic streaming experience. and/or youtube's processing of what you give it.
I know this much, if you give youtube the definition of 1080p vertically, it will take the audio as 192kbps. If your audio is lower res than that it will_not help you.
You cannot replace that loss of lossy compression.
If higher, of course it is downsampling to that. In fact, I'm sharing tracks through youtube in every case now because it's sounding noticably better than Soundcloud, or official.fm, et cetera.
