I know nothing about live! so I'm not entering this. however, I know quite a few here use the program... soo I thought some of the kvrians might be interested..

Winner gets a boatload of m-audio prizes and a portion of the royalties from the song after its released..

the samplepack is 133 mb large and there is an ableton live XS version on the same page (click on 'the good's and fill out the info to get the files) which is another 23+ mb.. too much for me on dialup. hehe

If you try it out I warn you you will become an Abelton Live fan instantly. I got hooked messing around with the BT remix contest and had to got Live so after.

Thanks for the heads up, VitaminD! Maybe this is what I need...a project to complete to help focus

I'll be using Live4 for this...gonna be sweet. I wonder if I can use any external VSTs?

Hi Beardedone,

I know what you are saying. I am afraid to try Ableton Live... because I think I will buy it if I try it.. I am waiting for the right time.

I downloaded the demo but haven't had the courage to install it. Knowing myself, I'll try it, love it, and then put it on the credit card. I have already been too irresponsible this year...

I am not self disciplined enough to just try the demo and stop myself from buying it if I love it.
