I'm having a problem with doubled notes when I record MIDI from my Roland keyboard. I was able to solve it in my previous song (thanks to donkey tugger), by turning off the local control. This time I still get doubled MIDI notes, even with the local control off. I've noticed this only happens when I select a MIDI channel in my host. If I leave it at "None", it works ok. This isn't practical for more than 2 sounds at a time, though. Maybe it's because I'm using a different Multi-setup? Argh.

Cakewalk Home Studio XL. Sorry about that. I turned off the "MIDI echo" feature, but then I get no sound at all.

Here's another weird thing. When I play a sound on my keyboard in multi-mode, it sounds thin and hollow (due to note doubling, I suspect). However, when I play it in patch mode, it sounds fine.
