How do I add folders to display in the browser for external hard drives? I can only select folders from user account there aren't any drives available to choose from and I can't manually type in a path??
Nevermind, you can in fact type it in.....

My Jazz Teacher said...more pro's would buy FL STUDIO if it could give guys like him [pro tools, cubase, logic era] an option to load plugins directly into the playlist track and record from there without using the integrated stepsequencer at all and edit the notes and audio in the playlist.

It would be cool to have the step sequencer pattern beats be duplicated exactly the way u arranged it from your 1st pattern (kick,hi hats, snare, bass, chord etc)into the next pattern with just a touch of a button.all you do is just remove some instruments on the next pattern for a progresive beat.to prevent a frustrating cut, copy paste and arrange to the playlist and filling the playlist with tons of beats sequencing that it becomes clustered and untidy and since FL STUDIO has gone vectorial i thought the step sequencer's UI would be fully upgraded with a new look.

Hi,
I'm new to FL Studio 11. So, I'm in the early learning phase. My primary DAW is Cubase 7.5, which is very different in every aspect to FL Studio 11. But, that's what I like about FL Studio
I found this https://www.image-line.com/support/FLHe ... rtcuts.htm'' to be very handy to have printed and kept close by while learning your way around. and getting used to all the shortcut keyboard & Mouse commands in FL Studio 11.
Hopefully by the time FL Studio 12 is officially released, I will have a short period of adapting to it. and enjoy working in the new vector graphics environment. and the additional refinements, and improvements to the editing, mixing, arranging, recording,.... etc. features it will offer.
Cheers,
Muziksculp

Welcome to the FL STUDIO FAMILY
this DAW does ALMOST everything that cubase does...in a different way as you said.as a cubase user myself (cubase 5) i still prefer cubase when it comes to audio editing as it can warp audio and time stretch all from the playlist plus it has control room mixer for arraying specific sends from feedback, audio file restoration, playlist midi event editor,VST3,OMF/AIFF format.things im hoping IMAGE-LINE will take into consideration for FL 12.
