Great 5.1 experience in the netradio

Just want to share my experience of the present net radio possibilities.
The modern Tuner-amplifiers can be connected to the internet which
offers thousands of radio channels which broadcast also surround. If you happen to have 5+.1 system, you get an access to really great listening experience. The quality of some of stations is surprisingly high, despite of the signal compressing.
E.g. this morning I listened different music from the Beatles and Dylan classics to Stravinsky, Bach and Chopin, to film music, Gregorian Chants, gospel and blues in 5.1.
You can also connect your table via wifi to your amp and listen all the Spotify supply via your surround system. I find it strange that in spite of the promising start, the surround seems be doomed out of the mainstream music production (consumer) business, restricted almost only to the film and gaming industry. What stations would you recommend? - I have a 5.1 system but find the number of stations available a bit overwhelming - mainly into modern classical, free/avant garde jazz and good indie/new wave/post punk, prog and stuff like Tool.

I pm you my present net radio bookmarks (for some reason pdf documents can not attached to the KVR threads - I wonder which is the best way for the future needs?). Some of the radio work better in 5.1 than the other, e.g. Calm Radio Stravinsky, Cinemix and some Beatles stations (or actually some tunes) send often enjoyable surround. My list is updating all the time, bookmarking stations can be done either via the tuner of via the vtuner.com site to my Yamaha, which is a really great help. This list includes also information of the stream compression (which numeric values doesn´t always tell all about the final quality). H.
