I'm starting up a brand, that I will sell on preset/sample markets.
Now, I'm currently working on the user agreement document.
However, is this really necessary?
I mean of course you should always have one, but isn't that taken care of by the market itself?
Or do they expect the provider to take care of such thing themselves?

Wrong section, most likely it should be in samples section.
Anyway, it depends, because some resellers impose their own agreements, some leave it all up to you, it should be pointed out in your agreement with a company through which you intend to sell.
