Hey,
Does anyone know any ways like websites to find good singers that would be willing to collaborate with and electronic music producer yet write their own lyrics for the song?
Cheers

Just try generic musician wanted ads. There are tons of female singers who want to do pop, and you can often talk them into recording a more electronic track or two.

I tried for a few years to find collaborators/singers/lyricists via a variety of web sites. Finally, I gave up because wheat to chaff ratio was just too depressing.

The lyrics are not that difficult, if you ask me. You just have to practice a bit at rhyming (though in English it's not really that important). Just make sure that you have some melody and beats going, then listen to it, then look around and find a phrase which goes well with it (like "When the clouds are high above...") and then continue the theme. Not that difficult.
As for singers... Throw a karaoke party and invite all your finds, listen, who sings best, this is your singer. Next, invite him/her to your studio, give him/her a drink, ask him/her to sing. Next time skip drinking phase if you don't want your friend to become a drunkard ;)
Another option: sing yourself. Unless you're going for house diva vocal or for pop stuff, you could make your own voice sound good. You'll have to practice a bit with recording, because if you never recorded your own voice, you'll feel uncomfortable with how it sounds. But eventually, you will learn to control your voice a bit. If you make sure that you compose a track which suits your voice, then you should be able to fit your voice in with a bit of processing.

As an example, the track I made almost 15 years ago: https://soundcloud.com/lokifuego/revolution-n2-anarchy
I made it in Jeskola Buzz. I recorded my voice, then split it up in separate phrases, then triggered the phrases in Buzz, added some processing and that's it.
Wonder whether my advice worth a penny? Check my music at Soundcloud and decide for yourself.
