I'm trying to contact this Japanese sample/preset/loop-market called Sonicwire, but I can't find where to do it.

As far as I've seen you can only either contact their technical support (where you have to have an account) or use prior-purchase-contact (where you need to refer to a certain product in their store).

And apparently these 2 supports are in Japanese only.

But when I browse their shop I find a lot of products that seem to be non-Japanese, so the creators of those must have managed reaching out to the market - but how?
