As in: the playlist reflects the changed time signature? TBH, I haven't used FLS for a while, so maybe I'm missing something here.KingTuck wrote: Why can't you change time signature mid-song? I've done it tons of times. It's pretty darn easy.

it should be added, but in reality 99% of music doesn't have time sig changes.. Even the vast majority of complicated jazz and orchestral music.alvfaria wrote:Yeah, not everyone is doing 4/4 dance music.paterpeter wrote: Then again, FLS needs a major overhaul wrt time signatures in the first place IMO. It should really be possible to change the time signature mid-song.

Jazz smells funny anyway. What about progressive rock? Regardless.. It's a silly limitation. Fruity.stillshaded wrote:it should be added, but in reality 99% of music doesn't have time sig changes.. 6 seconds each synth adds up annoyingly quick.valerian_777 wrote:Needs a second to fix.arkmabat wrote:And that the pitch wheel will increment like any other DAW.alvfaria wrote:ls1xxx wrote:Please tell me for Petes Sakes that this version will finally automatically detect the damn Mod and Pitch wheel please.![]()

I really have considered leaving this daw because of this issue. Why is it that every other daw (and i mean every single other one of them) do not have this problem? I do not want to go in everytime and have to Midi CC this and that. It should automatically detect it. Yes the detection needs to be Increment. I agree! Please Image-Line FIX THIS!arkmabat wrote:6 seconds each synth adds up annoyingly quick.valerian_777 wrote:Needs a second to fix.arkmabat wrote:And that the pitch wheel will increment like any other DAW.alvfaria wrote:ls1xxx wrote:Please tell me for Petes Sakes that this version will finally automatically detect the damn Mod and Pitch wheel please.![]()

There is no way around it in the beta, even loading an old project that used different beats per pattern will just show the main project time signature. Time signature handling has already been a repeated complaint/request with FL for a long time so I really doubt that it's going to stay this way, hopefully just eliminating the old system to make way for a better oneKingTuck wrote:Can anyone confirm that there isn't a way around this? Seems like a pretty glaring issue, I doubt it would be unaccounted for.alvfaria wrote: If your project is set to 4 beats per meansure, you only can set your patterns 4 beats, 8 beats, 12 beats and so on. If I want a, let's say, 5 beats pattern... I can't do this! Old versions let me do this, but not version 12. I think it's pretty dumb.
You don't need to do it for each syntharkmabat wrote:6 seconds each synth adds up annoyingly quick.
