Here's the vocal AND guitar solo version, I'm going to remix the whole thing to make it sound a bit better [mix-wise] but for the moment, here's the track with all [or most, of I decide to add some more instrumentation] the building blocks in place...

Here's Josephine with Dave's vocals, I love it and I think you will too.

Still need a bit of help on the mixing cos none of us can mix vocals as good as other KvR fellas, and some jazzy guitar from Gordon on the fade out would be great.
Lyrics
For every heavy stone that you throw away
There's a great white hope trying to find its way
For every floating sunray that you leave behind
There's a falling star to wish upon tonight
For every cross that you have to bear
Even though you don't know, there's always someone who cares
For every mountain that you have to climb
For every journey I'd go with you every time
Josephine, don't you leave me
don't you leave me, don't you leave me
[original post follows]:
I wrote this with the intention of putting vocals over it, but of course I realised that I couldn't do it. I suck at singing, period.
It's a very simple jazzy/pop thing, maybe someone could do it, or it'll go where unfinished songs go to die a slow and painful death.

[some may even like it as an instrumental though, but I don't think so, without a melody it's a bit directionless]
