- make sure you have installed the full version (available in your plugin boutique account
- follow the installation instructions here (see part about the serial number

failing that if you email support AT pluginboutique.com they should be able to help you out

not a good start... i created an account, but it will only allow me to DL the mac version

'support' regarding this issue is a bit thin...

in the "download your plugin" bit can you switch the tab to "PC" and click "Native PC Platforms" ?

I got an answer from Oliver Larkin. He sent me a keyfile and a path to place it and now it is working as it should. It seems that there was a problem because of the "ß" and "ö" in my name. Anyway. Working fine now. I am looking forward to connect it with my CZ-3000! Thank you all for your help!

I know also similar issues with my name containing special characters. So I switched to a name without them, e.g. ö = o

Still I wonder why developer these days don't use UTF8 for EVERYTHING

Question about the demo. On the PB downloads site says it will expire 14-12-2014. But I can't find that info elsewhere.

So ... does the demo of VirtualCZ expire or not?

I think the *download* expires, not the demo itself. I went to retry to download a newer demo version but it wouldn't let me access a demo download as I had already downloaded it - the existingdemo plugin still works as before.

The demo doesn't expire and I didn't know that the download expires! Will check if that is the case and get it fixed if so.
