I needed a bit of encouragment wich I got from Cypherone  before I decided to upload one of my song.

A lot of people here gave me help with a mix of a french song (see First mix and it sounds wrong).

This one I made as an exercice with tracktion, it is composed of 22 tracks in total.

Beware :!: not the same style of the french jazz song, much more electronic.

Would love to hear what you all think of it 8)

:-o This is excellent Rony!
Well above average work.Shows your musical talent...tops!
A good dynamic mix too...but not an excellent one.

When you get the tools you need,(hardware/software processors),or more experience with what you have...well...I`ve got my eye on you! :-o

Great melody syncopation! :D

This is really good and very 8) and :hyper:!
It would easily be at home on one of the Northern Exposure Mix CD's (sasha and didgweed I think)...

I've just noticed that the :hyper: bounces in time to this!.. nice...

my only criticism would be the kick drum, both in terms of the sound itself and the way the velocity drops at the end of each second bar (in the first part of the track).

I really like the UFO/wailing vocals spooky and euphoric.

good track :)

oh forgive me for not knowing every instrument out there, and to me it sounds operatic, sorry about that. Why are you quoting scuzzphut? Be a smug git and I'll get on with me life cheers.

Wow, Cypher how do you do this. Reconizing the velocity of ONE kickdrum every 2 bars in song that is made of 22 tracks
I wish I had your ears

OK, the velocity I can fix but what is wrong with the sound of it ?

Rony,

the kick for me sound a bit flat and hard, but as I mentioned in my pm, that could just be my taste, this isn't really my genre. If it was me, I would use a different kick drum, but then I'm almost famous for using bad snares, so what do I know about drums
