The designer knows his/her job very well. Take a close look and find this shape all over the place.

I get it. Beehives are honeycombs - all hexagons. Here we have one big hexagon and some hexagon knobs.

The oscillators, filters, amplifiers, LFOs are odd shapes. Everything seems to be strangely suspended in the air.

Not my taste but I may be in the minority.

i totally missed what THE HIVE synth is comparable to?

maybe dune? or sylenth1? so i can get some more wicked new trancy sounds with it with u-he quality?

The gui should immediately remind you a bit of sylenth. The gui looks fantastic btw

Yeah I'm fairly certain it's meant to be a "successor" to sylenth1.

Its layout looks very similar, (effects directly in the middle, mod matrix down at the bottom) but it looks amazing.

And because it is u-he, I would imagine the sound quality will be incredible.

Great GUI Urs and great layout just right. Now I have to go mad waiting.

Imagine that as a hardware desktop synth

I guess it's synth month because U-HE is finishing the new Hive synth
