im makin nev hardstyle project but i cant creaate specific hardstyle base.. i have tried on vanguard and v station .. but wuthout efect .. but i will create it ! HEH !

Maybe try a distortion/clipper effect after it, like CMT Bitcrusher or something.

When I need hard synth bass or hard synth lead I immediately go for Tau Pro (not any other Tau).

It's quite nasty, and there are some good free banks, especially the MOJ bank

One thing to be careful with when using a distortion plug, the volume of the sound will go up. So what you want is the clipped, overdriven sound with a master gain afterward to keep the volume in line with all other sounds.

In this clip, the bass has a slightly heavier sound, but it is also much louder than the drums. You may want try to to experiment with waveforms too. If you are using a sine or triangle wave, try out a square/pulse or saw. Or try a saw and a sine wave.

You could also feed a bit of the overdriven sound into a fast modulated chorus effect, only about 5 or 10%, just to get some extra upper harmonic sound in there.

After doing some testing, the sound is augmented nicely with a compressor right after. I've got -10DB threshold with 3:1 ratio sounding good
