Why should i listen to my music also in mono?

There's no crying icon over here-> :arrow:

I don't see any reason to check it mono other than widely varying stereo imbalance, like I use stereoize stuff with delays on one side.

One of the speakers on my stereo is pretty distorted(not my computer speakers), so checking in stereo is pointless. The warranty reimbursed me for it and still let me keep it.

Because it's an interesting experiment that you can learn a lot from? It don't cost nothin to try.

Of course, I am a HUGE fan of those 50s-60s mixed and mastered to mono R&B classics. I am in awe of the recordists, mixers and engineers who managed to squeeze so much punch into one track with very little equipment.

You rarely hear them in the original mono, and the stereo-ized version sound less than ... give it a try:
