Cant figure out their page

Their forum is full of people with heavy probs, and no support response for weeks, in forum they remain unanswered

Generally speaking, these plugins are exceptional value. But...
There is absolutely no customer support whatsoever. I'm not sure if Korg even has anything to do with the selling of them as they are only available via the Korg User site.
The licence is for 1 machine, and is very sensitive to change - installing another plugin can trigger the licencing process! The licence is tied to the machine you install it on. You can install it on another machine but it uses up one of the limited re-authorisations.
I use MonoPoly all the time and wouldn't be without it.
If you like the sound of the Poly6, go for it, but keep a note of all the authorisation codes on hard copy - you'll need them!

Thanks a lot, guess I will give it a try, but wait with final installation on my new DAW, untill most other installs are done, to avoid any mess, I had one in my younger day's and get tear in my eyes hearing it again :-)

I've installed mine on multiple computers with no problems generating a license, perhaps they are limited to a certain quantity over a certain time period
Eg 1 per month

For $99 it really is a no brainer.

Very good emulations of the originals.

PolySix is great for Bass.

Mono/Poly good old school pads.

M1, well its the entire collection of add-ons included.

WAVESTATION is a monster.

MS-20 - 1978 "..semi-modular monophonic synthesizer has enjoyed unbroken popularity for its thick and solid sound, aggressive analog filters, and inexhaustible potential for creative patching."

Yea, $99

Exactly my experience. Brilliant but...

Best plugin bundle out there for the money in my opinion. No problems with authorizations here. ms20 and polysix guis are a bit outdated but great sound. I use these in every project.

Nice sale, $24.99 a piece... I don't think I 'd need all of them, but I'd like to get Wavestation and M1. Maybe they will be under the tree this year. :)

As in you have it installed on a desktop and laptop at the same time without issue?

Do you recommend KL to someone who's got other VA synths, like e.g. Minimonsta, OPX II and Lush 101 (yes, it's me :hihi: )?

Post

As someone who owns all of the above.
Yes, in particular Wavestation and M1

I always fall back on the M1 as my goto sound library.

Mono/Poly is my absolute favorite soft synth of all time, and it is still my main sonic tool. I feel so lucky that Korg continued to support the Legacy Collection with the 64-bit compatible versions.

Some 7 or 8 years ago, I had a PC with faulty hardware which I stupidly kept reinstalling over and over again before learning about a hardware incompatibility issue between the UAD card and the motherboard in my PC. Anyway, so I used up all my authorizations (not sure how many they were, maybe around five). I contacted the local distributor and explained what was happening, why I was using so many authorizations. After about a week of anxiously waiting for an email from them I finally received the reply that said that my authorizations had been reset and I was cleared for more authorization requests.

Since that, no problems with licenses, and I've created a few in the course of many years.
