Help! My mixes have "polarity problems"!

I'm kind of a beginner in mixing and recently I used a Phase Scope for the first time. This tells me that almost every song I have made has a polarity constantly around +1. This is rather strange to me, because I have made no effort whatsoever to make the polarity to be around +1.

How do I avoid this? How do I make my mixes have a good polarity?
