Slightly before NAMM if our calculations are correct. Beta testing is currently underway, we are tweaking the workflow from user comments.
So no singing robot santa sorry, though we COULD make a santa demo track!
Cheers

Thanks! The vibrato on the voices is fantastic. While I kept this demo clean, CC modulation over the words, voice controls, breath, sizzle, fem factor can result is some really amazing sounds. It's a blast.emef wrote:![]()

I Love this picture!
We will gladly shut up and take your money sometime in the second or third week of January (unless something bad happens). The product IS ready, we are putting final touches and prepping launch (videos, demo songs etc)
If you have any questions, I can start spilling the beans a bit more.
6 Very different voices. Each is modeled on a different synthesis source.
3 Circuit bending chip/format types.

What sort of parameters can we expect to fiddle with?

User input English and Japanese (katakana and/or hiragana) text is converted to phonetics (X-Sampa) by logical units (syllables), and syllables change by following the input notes, when notes are detached.BITWORD wrote: How is the text input handled? Can a phrase be assigned to a key?
When playing legato, you can hold on to a syllable, so you get great flexibility in timing and expression that way. So to answer the question is not a 'sequence assigned to a key' as this would mean an arbitrary and quite static flow of phonemes.
The circuit bending mode is different in the sense that its closer to a 'synthesizer' way of thinking.
It will all make sense with the videos we will prepare I assure you

A huge bunch... there are 4 parameter tabs, and virtually everything is automatable.Sendy wrote:What sort of parameters can we expect to fiddle with?
It would be a long list to explain! Its all synthesized live, so we get lots of flexibility in formants, tone, pitch, vibrato, detune (and stacking), various rates and speeds, and humanize factors.
