Can anyone help with FL please P :-(

Hi there,

I have FL studio 4.5.2 installed and everything seems fine UNTIL I try to use Vanguard(or any other VST's). In pattern mode, it's great.

But when I go into song mode and start building a track, it will not play Vanguard at all

If I insert a block at the start it will play Vanguard and pattern OK, but if I move the play counter along to say position number 10 and put a block there, it will NOT play Vanguard

Is it me or is the song mode naff ? Can anybody out there tell me what I am doing wrong...

Great program for ease of use but this is dissapointing me and I'm starting to get a bit sick of it.

Come on tell me what a pratt I am and what I'm doing wrong. Do I need to set anything up?

I'm using Vanguard Lite 1.04 without any problem with FL Studio 4.52 (pattern & song mode)

Can you explain better? (or post a demo .flp)

I've noticed that some VSTis don't play when they're supposed to trigger on the first note of the first pattern. I have to shift the roll along one bar and have silence at the start of the track for them to trigger.

On a similar note, I would have bought Arturia Moog Modular V by now but the demo doesn't work with FL. Shame about bugs like this holding one arm behind the back of what would be a fantastic program.
