Are Marshall Headphones good for producing?

I've been using Philips DJ SHL3000WT/00 headphones and they are not bad. But, apparently sound output is not correct since they boost bass. So, today I stumbled upon a pair of Marshall Major Headphones. I wondered if changing them would be a good deal, or if it's useless to change. In the matter of brands (and price) I know they are better than the Philips I'm using right now, but is the Marshall one closer to a pair of studio phones?

Notes:
If you want to recommend a pair, keep in mind that I'm, basically, broke. I won't spend more than 80 euros, or 90 dollars.

My standard answer to this question: Get the best Sennheisers in your budget.

I've never been disappointed with them and I've had many many pairs.

That said, my reply would differ if you upped your budget.
"I was wondering if you'd like to try Magic Mushrooms"
"Oooh I dont know. Sounds a bit scary"
"It's not scary. You just lose a sense of who you are and all that sh!t"

as a longtime Sennheiser user /HD 250 an 580 models/ I CANNOT recomend them...not because of sound quality /which its superb/ , but because of that wellknown world most shitty cables they are using - they never lasts longer than 2 years before broken and it doesnt matter how carefully Ive operated with them
since Ive changed them for AKG K701 I never had similar problems with broken cables and the sound is as good as with Sennheisers HD580

these use much better/and thicker/cables, unfortunately doesnt sound as good as above mentioned

I'd give the Marshalls a wide birth for producing, really more of a 'lifestyle' choice for people who want to soak up the Marshall vibe etc.

I have a pair of Superlux HD-668B phones and I think they're about the best 'cheap' phones I've heard. Quite neutral and detailed, personally preferred them to classics like the AKG K-240s.

Currently £35 on amazon uk so ~$55, €45. May be worth checking other regarded models like the HD681s too. I find head-fi.org a good site for headphone reviews.

Thanks for all the replies, I will search for Sennheisers and Supefluxes. If I don't find any good for my fitting, I will buy the marshalls. At least they're better than the philips I currently own.
