I own all three of their plug ins, and I'm kind of shocked about this!?
The way they worded it makes me think it could be a buyout? It's similar to how Redmatica went, doing seemingly well, and the developer was hired by Apple.

The more I think about it the more this has to be the case; so where are we going to find their skills? any information?
