Yep, he's busy with his new comedy career:standalone wrote:I always suspected that Biomechanoid was in fact Liam Neeson.glokraw wrote:I think the Camel team have significant security skills, which may be of far greater value

OK, this is my very first post on KVR, though I've been silently reading threads for years...
Too bad Camel Audio ceases activity. I bought Alchemy a couple of years ago & quiet a few expansions, & there's hasn't been a single moment where I've enjoyed & have been amazed by how great this synth... And I was eagerly awaiting for Alchemy 2 to show up...
Now, I truly don't know if I'll regret not having upgraded to Alchemy Complete this very winter... I've spared a few bucks, what what are we going to do now...
And since I've also been in the same situation with Redmatica's stuff, it's a bit annoying to invest money in software that afterwards goes into nothing... Still, I still can of course use the stuff, until Apple decides that for whatever reason the AU format won't be compatible no longer...
And after reading 52 pages of all kind of speculation, I find it a bit harsh not to give any official reason behind such a business move.
Still.
Did I say that I love Alchemy?

No, I said "I don't see why they couldn't still sell them." the rest was to invoke a response from them. But I would, just to hear what they sound like. I've spent a lot of time, headphones on lights low listening to the sound demos over the last few years. I really really want them, its the sound junkie's plight and I always need the good Stuffwhyterabbyt wrote:Why do you think Biomechanoid wouldnt mind if you pirate his products?Roc77 wrote:Is Biomechanoid around? This year I really wanted to get:
Biolabs Absynth Research (Vols.1-3)
Biolabs Absynth Research (Vols.4-6)
Massive Sounds for NI Massive
and also Absynth Starscapes by Tim Conrardy
I don't see why they couldn't still sell them. I hope they won't mind if I acquire them by the means that are necessary.
Well, lucky for me I got Alchemy Complete for a great price about 5 weeks ago here on KVR. It will be my most prolific purchase ever!!! I would be doingTeksonik wrote:As long as you don't mind acquiring a few broken bones............Roc77 wrote: and also Absynth Starscapes by Tim Conrardy

Well, in the middle of a download, got dropped, now Camel Audio site won't recognize my password or email.
Eff Camel Audio, I hope they all end up living under a bridge and selling their families for food.
Most unprofessional exit for a company I had nothing but respect for. Replacing all my Camel gear with other more purpose-made VSTi. May they rot in a pure acid Hell.
Karma is a bitch, and it will come back on you.

Its becoming painfully obvious that they aren't able or permitted to do so.
