What "new owner"?? You guys are really letting your imaginations run wild, aren't you? A company that has not released a new product in years has a blow-out discount sale and then closes down without any explanation. Isn't it obvious? They're probably loading the bags of money onto a plane bound for South America as we speak! You'll never hear from them again.

The lack of a blow-out discount sale is kinda the main indication of a buyout here.

I remember someone posted that it was on sale and I was surprised because it was such a low price. I figured it must be because it so old and there's such competition in the VST synth market. Surely I'm not the only one who saw the 50% off Alchemy sale going on.

Well if nobody at KVR even noticed they were practically giving their flagship product away, then I guess it's no mystery why they went out of business. Or, they could be loading the bags of money onto a plane bound for the Bahamas right at this very moment.

So who knows but atm i feel slapped in the face. Ca always seemed legit. Cannot believe they would be such thiefs! If so another point of trust in humanity lost..
.. will this world really get better? Dont think so. If they even delete topics they seem to be fishy. Smells like rip off why should they delete all topics for legit questions?
