My top theories.
1) Camel audio will release a hardware instrument that should have been alchemy 2 that will blow everyone's mind. It will be called something else though.
2) Native instruments and camel audio will release an alchemy like instrument for komplete.
3) Apple purchased the company and the developers will now work for them.
4) And last but hopefully least, one of the developers will not be in good health to keep alchemy 2 alive if it would have been released.

Seems that his is legal or contractual timeframe. If it was a personal decision it would have been June 30, 2015.
As someone earlier motioned July 7 is two days before the NAMM summer show.
There may be a contractual "gag order" regarding all this and this is why no more is communicated to us.
But why the secrecy? Likely whatever is pending has not been finalized.
Seems that his is legal or contractual timeframe. If it was a personal decision it would have been June 30, 2015.
