I give a f*ck who Apple buy next, really.There are so many Synths available nowdays. Heck i even think about to use more hardware as i have way to much software anyway. So let me repeat: I give a f*...

There's no evidence of that. Apple keeps adding more stuff to Logic and the price keeps falling. I think it's to entice PC users to purchase hardware, which is why Apple has been giving free updates for OSX. The software is a small portion.

The feature that this buyout will bear is an option for the OSX on-screen narrator, allowing it to be slowed down drastically via granular timestretching, and morphing the narration between random bits of text, displayed, and otherwise. This is in order to achieve optimization for when the user is really, REALLY stoned. Camel's expertise (with timestretching/morphing, at least) clearly fits the bill here.

I'm still not 100% convinced that Apple bought them, but, whatever. I use PCs and a Mac (although my primary DAW is PC-based).

Haha! Some financial nerd from apple probably just read this post, extrapolated a spreadsheet, and is sending a proposal off to Tim Cook as we speak.

If it is true, and Camel did sell out to Apple....and PC users are forever left in the dust, I would never buy anything from them in the future if they started another audio software company. I certainly understand the temptation of taking large amounts of money from the great Satan (i.e., Apple), but to screw the majority of the loyal PC user-base is unforgivable IMO. It's just how I feel.
