Haha, wouldn't make sense to sell the business only to get sued and have to give all the money back--and be out of business.

I'd take the money. If you want to blame someone, blame apple (IF INDEED that is what happened) because they are the ones leaving older customers in the dust.

This argument is getting old and annoying. It takes 2 parties to sign an agreement. Camel is just as much to blame for agreeing to it. End of story.
