Wish I have one, my camels are dying

And I finally bought a ipad over christmas, thought I'd wait a bit to get the iAP for Alchemy on ios. What a dumb idea.

Post

Some would say my life is without point, but I stopped looking for it long ago.

I fired my Camel up a couple of days ago and it did breathe some strange granular fire. Long live Alchemy!

Well, I'm sorry to hear that. Joking aside, I think that it's a bummer time.

Ok, so you're a day late and a dollar short with this one. The first time around the poster included a nifty little graphic depicting a camel and what appeared to be a large piece of straw. But I do give you points for the handy DIY link.

You need to limit that rez, bro.

Installed with computer not connected to the internet. It installed with no problem.

There is no longer an Alchemy.aky key file, though there are key files for my purchased soundsets. And they still hold my personal info - name, address, phone #, IP address, etc...

There are also now .sql files for Alchemy and my purchased soundsets. Not a problem.

Compilation Time: 13:31:05 Date: Feb 4 2013
Execution Time: 13:08:16 Date: 01/14/15
Alchemy version: 1.55.0.3368
Just to echo this, i did basically the same thing yesterday, completely uninstalled all my Camel software (Alchemy, Phat, Space, Crusher, Soundbanks), deleted registry then re-installed everything using the Camel installer program (offline).

Likewise, everything seems to work fine. All details apart from name are generic on startup, same for preset files. No Alchemy.aky file but some for soundbanks. No .sql files for soundbanks however (was that a typo?).

Previously, i'd used the seperate installers for each plugin, this time round nothing was installed to \programfiles or \programfiles(x86) apart from the main installer app. No sign of an Alchemy 2 folder. Was able to move the .dll files and corresponding data shortcuts after installation without issue.

Same compilation time and version number (obviously different execution time).

Are we there yet ?
You start at A finish at B and everything else in-between is what you make it .......... that's life and music

same here!
the player is 1.55.0.3372, in fact a crippled version of Alchemy Full.

the sql are only database file, they are not part of the protection or the watermarks.
watermarks are in the presets itself and they got compared with the watermarks in Alchemy, when you load the commercial presets you bought in the Camel Audio Shop.

offline installs worked since the beginning, so why even question this?

My question still remains: Did someone got to download Cameleon Remixed using the new downloader/installer? Seems like that one can only be downloaded/installed directly.
