I was pleasantly surprised to find that there are more firmwares than just the factory approved ones. A bunch of v.1 user firmwares are included in the firmware download. Sweet. I just got it installed and basically just verified that it was activated and working. I'm going to be up late tonight. 3 new toys today, and one yesterday.

the 'operands' are the individual 8-switch banks. by setting an automation value for any of these 4 'operand' parameters, you can create any number between 0-255, each number between 0-255 being a unique toggle switch setting for a given 8-switch bank. is that basically how it is working? yeah... looks like 00-FF in the led thingie.
