KVR Audio

I love KVR and visit up to three times a day. Sometimes even more. I don't post often because I am so busy reading. Are there other forums that you also visit? Or is this the one stop you make durng the day?

It is a big web and I would hate to know that I am missing something

hey lance, I mainly hang around kvr, as far as forums go. although there is one republican forum I visit occassionally.
I thought you were in africa.

This is where I most often post... other places I spend a lot of time reading are SlashDot, Wired, and the usual news sites (USA Today, etc).

Hey Bluedad,

I was in Sumiton not to long ago. Well Africa was put on hold. Short story was that I lost my job and had to change our plans a bit. We still want to live there one day but we think we need to wait until we get on our feet again. I have found ways to help that do not require moving. My wife feels the kids need to get a bit older too.

patcharena.com - A would-be sister to this forum if the mebers there were more vocal, but th tone there is definately way more laid back, kind of like a gentleman's club

NI's Reaktor user library - I am there sometimes 3x a day when I get hungry anticipating new Reaktor genius. I don't tread in the Reaktor forum cause those guys are f**king gear heads & they scare me

cnn.com - obvious. I go here when I need an excuse to stay pissed @ the world.

ign.com - where I stay current with film, DVD, & game releases. Best place on the net for that I've found, but I haven't been hitting it too often cuz I'm getting much more into music making as the DAWs unravel themselves for me.

fugly.net - probably the premiere location for expoiting the pathetic side of being human, with some of the most acidic commentary you have ever seen in your life. The webmater there is extremely intellegent & extremely bitter in an Ambrose Pierce kind of way; a dangerous combination.

Mostly here though. I can act like an ass & don't get called out fo it too often. Peeps here have a great sense of humor, so I'll stick around till my account gets deleted

I'm on a lot of mailing lists as well, for dedicated things (such as discussing Logic) they suit my needs better than some forum. But in terms of forums K-v-R is just great as you find all sorts of folks and all sorts of (sometimes pretty relevant) information here.

Where else do you spend your time?
