Can you please tell me how these group buys with established credentials supported by the developers will end up as a scam?

Oh yeah, I just realized..we WILL get ripped off if the devs send us cracked copies instead of the real deal..

well obviously.. because the developers are really undercover CIA agents who work for the Illuminati, collecting valuable data about musical preferences and devil worshipping.. they get your credit card details to finance the exodus to the nearest inhabitable planet where they will start a new world order, worshipping the pagan gods of spanking and other kinky, sex-related activities

But then again, it is something worth "investing" in. I personally won't even bother checking how much of a discount you are getting. Not that I am rich or anything...I buy all my synths, keyboard, ect. with my hard earn money. It gives me the satisifacotry knowing that I worked hard for these instruments. Of course, I still go shop aroung for the best deal...but why take the "group buy" risk when you know you are safe with your retailer?
