If there's no sample import in Omni, lots will be disappointed, but I won't be one of them :)

If there were no update or replacement for Stylus, I'd feel a little deflated I guess. If there was an electric guitar version of Trilian, I might be less excited than most cos I always play real guitar. On the other hand, even if "all" we got was a significant update to Omni or Stylus, I'd be super happy.
Exactly, any genre specific product would be a big letdown. All products in their range have always covered every ground and they probably leave it the non-directional way. Thats probably the reason they release something new only after years, when theres something stellar in there for everyone.

Price drops, interface enhancements, integration etc. surely something everyone would welcome.

pretty excited about the prospects for omnisphere, but maybe i shouldn't be. after all this time, and all the free updates, i suspect the next will cost money i aint got :(

lol, same as I :D

Hoping for a sub-$200 update for Omni, if it's going to be a big update.

Expecting just one product with seamless integration into a stylus Rmx type product. Something to take it past two bars, such as a full tune within their product, with a price tag in the 300 range. Should be something real good using an iPad also.

1 hour to the announcement, I'm patiently waiting with a cup of milk tea.

It's very cool that we still no NOTHING with 6 minutes to go. No leaks, no whispers, no clues. They could be launching a corner sofa for all we know.

Are you sure it will be streamed on their website? I see nothing. Not even a dedicated page for it.
