Are you an OMD Addict?

Are you loyal to just one OMD (online music distribution site)? Do you sign up to every new one you hear about? Is promoting your tracks online taking over your life?
I've lost track of the number of forums I've signed up to, and the number of places my tracks are hosted. I need to calm down, and maybe put different tracks on 1 or 2 different sites, rather than one or two songs on a load of sites. Stay loyal to maybe one or two.
Does this sound all too familiar?
Fill in the poll and discover if you're an OMD Addict!!!!

I thought so too. Thought addict was a strange way to put fanship.CypherOne wrote:I thought you meant Orchestral Maneouvres (sp?) In The Dark.
But the answer's still no.
Fan of OMD, yes.
Addict of OMD, as intended, no. Music is music, distro channels are generally irrelevant to me. I am a fan of certain labels as a whole, the pre-Internet equivalent, like time stereo or alien8/substractif, but those are few. Will get music I like anywhere I can.
Cheers,
Steve

shit, get your music out and about everywhere and anywhere. i mean yeah its cool to stay loyal to sites and get to know people, but the idea is wide distribution right? - well for some i guess.

Ooops, read question wrong (twice!).
Nope, not addicted that way either. Post here at KVR, my own site, and New Music Canada - that's it.
Does uploading tracks everywhere bear much fruit? I would think central repository then alternate means of promotion would have better effect. I considered posting at em411, sectionz, trying to upload at magnatune (which I still want to do), but I don't know if it would be all that advantageous.
Cheers,
Steve

One site: electromancer. Very friendly policies and ridiculously cheap ($2/month?). Only wish that they could handle artwork per track.

amazing how the "couldn't give a toss" option is always missing from these polls

and I don't take anything serious that has been given a silly abbreviation
