trying to do those in Dune 2 until Hive comes out but im no sound designer sadly :(, and wanted to check if some sound designers or anyone know if those can be made with Hive?
like the modulated pad or the detuned/glided lead?

Here is the pad. Playing D#1 is the same octave/note as in the DoA song. Not exactly the same but you get the idea. Tweak to your liking.

The bass is very hard to make out, it's muddy and washed-out . It's a pretty poor production in my opinion, and not in that cool lo-fi industrial/punk way. Here is an attempt at it anyway - at least it's the rhythm. I just cannot make it out properly amongst all the clashing frequencies and over-applied reverb. Thought I'd add a little modwheel assignment to make it a tad more fun to play with:
