What are you discussing about ?

i thought we are searching for Sylenth1 alternatives here? I found this video on youtube and wanted to tell you about it, because the sounds the video shows is the most similar Sylenth alternative i have ever heard.
Independently, isn't Diva also simulating a lot of Moogs and Rolands and has copied their user interfaces?

Not sure if we authorized their use of a Diva screenshot, let alone "simulating" her. I guess this goes to our lawyer asap.
Their dropdown list also shows "Bazille, Zebra, Dark Zebra, and... Zebralette."
Where? I don't understand.. I don't see a DIVA screenshot or a reference to simulate her in the video (didn't watch the whole 20 minutes though). I only see references to (emulating) Sylenth1 :?
No band limits, aliasing is the noise of freedom!

What i find funny is that some people always feel the need to defend the company, or speak in its name, without even been asked to. Especially when i imagine that that would be done "for" other companies in the same way, it's specifically funny. :D I wouldn't call it "propaganda" though, it's just blatant fanboyism.

The MUX' user interface is different though as the MUX uses a modular approach. But that's more an advantage than a disadvantage i think.

Just to explain the whole Sylenth1 fanboy thing. For years I hated that too. But let me tell you something, I can run through 20 synth plugins in a shootout and only 2 will always really stand out. Sylenth1 and Massive. I don't know why, I don't know how, I don't even care. All I know is that those 2 are the ones that sound the best to me. It's safe to say thousands of people feel the same way. So now I understand why some will react the way they do when someone tries to badmouth Sylenth1.

I was actually referring to the discussion above, not to Lennardigital or Sylenth1. I don't think Lennard would be defended in that way around here, i mean he's hardly showing up here anyway. :P

In the beginning of the video, when the guy chooses Sylenth1, you can see the list of the all synths "simulated".
TBH, I'm with Urs on that one. Listing presets in Titan 2 as simulating DIVA (or any other synths mentioned in the list) is very misleading (and probably illegal).

It is based on its sound but not fully it has more to it its oscillators and a different filter . Urs isn't using the name to sell HIVE. It's a big no no in business using the names of others products to sell your own thats why Urs is mad.
The fact that you've replied without me ever mentioning the fact that Urs copied Sylenth speaks volumes.
Please go away I am sick of the constant UHE propaganda that abounds KVR.
You want him to go away cause your own statement does not stand up to scrutiny and calling what he said U-he propaganda is a way to deflect attention from that.

Urs did not emulate Sylenth or copy it either. He did look at some of the things that make Sylenth successful (low cpu, simple, easy to edit, supersaw/unison sound, etc) and made his own synth with those general characteristics. Hive has its own look, layout, features and sound. It is not even close to a copy of Sylenth.

Ahh yes, I see and understand now. Makes me wonder how they managed to "simulate" all these synths.. it's a sampler so.. by sampling them?

For you to suggest that Hive isn't even close to Sylenth suggests to me you are in complete denial and as such I don't even know why I am even bothering to wasting my precious time replying to you.
