Guitarist interested in collaborating online?

I am learning guitar and really interested in just having a jam session via the internet, perhaps google hangouts as it's quite good for that purpose. I have a basic little track going, funk-based.

Obviously you'd need either:
electric/acoustic guitar with computer input or amp with microphone, google account (for google hangouts).
