Register? Activate? License File?

All...sorry if this is an old question, but I am brand new here. I have two MeldaProduction product serial numbers, that I am trying to Register/Activate. I got the numbers on a card, as part of a MAC Mini studio bundle from Guitar Center, in the USA.

On the card, it says I need to "Register" the serial numbers on the MeldaProduction website, but I have looked (a LONG time,) and I can't find anywhere to register these S/N's. I also don't see anywhere to create a user account on their website. I have the software downloaded and installed, but I have so far been unable to get it activated, and out of "DEMO" mode.

If anyone out there knows how to do this, please let me know.

can you post the image of the card? I'd really like to know what they messed up... I was extremely specific telling them all the time they need to navigate the customers to:
