Lovin this Donks. :D
You got a talent for this sort of stuff - just thinking about that 'power of negative thought' chemical bros extravaganza you did...

This track's awesome. 8)

Good work the Donkmeister!

Love the 'thin' sounding beats before the bigarse beats and bass kick in.. Top chemicalesque trick. Not sure about this trance direction you're going in though.. Are you sure you wouldn't prefer some nice trombones?

Seriously, cool sound here... Once again you prove your versatility.

Pffft, we'll have no dancing here! :x :x

Anyway, f**ked about with the automation so the vocal sounds a bit more consistent all the way through, and upped it just a tad too (still a nice bit of mumbling in there though! :hihi: )

Same linky.

Listened to this a few times friday. I like it more than ya WOS stuff, but this sounds very tight. Kick is tuned a bit high, and in general, the sounds are short and sharp.

Im still undecided, so i need to listen more to comment properly (but cant right now, the boy is sleeping and we are off to a BBQ at 3 :D )

I liked it tho :)

erm ...

... going against the grain a bit here ...

... this could be a GREAT track but (very definitely IMHO) the vocals just turn the thing into a bit of a mess - they dont fit at all to my ears ...

... having said that i think the beats are fantastic (a LITTLE less straightforward than youd usually hear in this kind of track) and the rhythm bed in general works really well but the vox and the guitar (until about 3-00 when it gets all full of screaming goodness) just arent fitting in mix-wise or 'conceptually' ...

... what would i do (like anyone cares) ??? - keep the distorted bits of guitar later on but dump the rest and either drop the vocal levels a fair bit and treat the vox in some way (im hearing a kind of bitcrushed telephone effect working) or chop them up and just drop them in as samples / hooks every so often ...

... not being negative - just honest mate

slainte :) rob
