Ascend or descend one semitone at a time, and if you if change the direction to forward/reverse, you will find your way back sooner than you think.

Funny the only thing "formulaic" about KVR is that someone will usually post something and then someone will usually post something.

The jaw harp can quite easily be lost by swallowing, but then you will get it back a couple of days later....
