Cream installation problem in Sonar X3

Having successfully installed and run CreamCM I've now downloaded the demo full version in anticipation of purchase.
However there is a problem in Sonar (X3) which is my preferred DAW, it reports an error during load and Main Call is reported as the failure point. Neither 32 or 64 bit DLLs show up on creating a softsynth track.

In both Reaper 4.76/64 and FLStudio 11.1.0 the 32bit plugin works OK but not the 64bit.
Is this all a known problem?

Try ticking 'Rescan failed plugins' on the Sonar plugin manager, and do a rescan.

Well I think I've now tried everything including resetting the plugins via plugin manager in Sonar, but no success. It all is as first reported, nothing likes the 64bit version and cakewalk doesn't even show a 32bit version.

I'm really puzzled as the Computer Music version works beautifully!

Please contact support[at]kirnuarp.com and I'll send you a new version which shouldn't have this problem.

Yes!
This now works fine in Sonar 64bit, although there are a few oddities
eg I can insert a track with either Cream or CreamCM 64bit, although the plug-in manager only shows CreamCM and only one Cream and CreamCM is listed in the insert VSTI list.
I uninstalled all previous Cream instances and re-installed in the vsti folder in a Cream sub-folder on its own.

FLStudio doesn’t seem to recognise Cream although both 32 and 64bit CreamCM work.
However Reaper recognises all 4 VSTIs no problem.

Is there a known interaction between Cream and CreamCM?

Thanks for your help Arto.

Now that Cream works for me in Sonar (and much more reliably), I've gone ahead and made a purchase, so I'm looking forward to enjoying using this useful tool.

Many thanks Arto
