Hi, I dont think I have anything on my pc that requires Ilok, not even sure how I ended up with it but once tried a UVI player of some sort which may be the culprit, dont know.
Cant find an uninstaller anywhere on my pc so is it ok to just delete the Ilok folder and what about the Pace folder.
thanks

Nope, that won't do. You need to destroy your computer with a flamethrower.
And yes, UVI installs it. Removing the folder from Program Files will cause you trouble as iLok executes some services during Windows startup. You can remove it from Control Panel > Uninstall Program - it's called PACE License Support.

Well, in that case there is two ways to tackle this. You can update your PACE installation by downloading an updated installer and afterwards doing an uninstall. Or you can just delete the folder. If you get any errors on Windows startup after that, you can use the Sysinternals Autoruns to remove any traces left.

Would it be worth renaming or moving the folder first, if Windows complains I could just put it back maybe ?
I havent actually had any problems because of Pace/Ilok being there, I was just doing a bit of housekeeping.
Would it cause any problems down the line by leaving them alone
Thanks for your help so far

Well, you can certainly do that. I would not spend too much time on it though. If needed you can always do a reinstall later if needed.
