Timeshard is ace, wish I could have seen them live back in the day

A total shame that the tracks on SC got less than 100 plays after being up since last April, must be down to little promotion.

The tapes change hand for nice money on Discogs, so no doubt there is an interest in this stuff still.

One tape got sold for a tenner last year, so I would expect to fetch something like £10-15 for a tape now, the market for music is now completely in the hand of the buyer, so that's not a bad price for an item these days.

I'm glad to see this stuff still has interest for people. I uploaded these tapes because I still get regular mails from people asking if they can re-buy them because their copies wore out! I thought it was more fun to offer them for free download, some kind of a treat for the dedicated seeker. And the casual enthusiast.

I still have lots of other rarities on ye ancient DAT tapes, from the days when a 30 minute progtechno jam was not really release-able by the label

Because of the time limit on the free Soundcloud I had to hold off on uploading some of those at the same time as I uploaded the Cassette albums, but I may simply generate a new account for all that other stuff.

I also have a few other live videos knocking around, so I guess I ought to look at those too.

Ah yes, probably the Herbal Tea Party gigs, a great crew. The gig in the NIA centre was a particularly good one. But I spent the entire 90s in a bit of a haze so I can't remember much detail, and what I do remember is all highly dubious.

Got both your albums on Planet Dog, that kind of early 90's ambient-techno sound is timeless. My fav track by Timeshard would maybe be 25th Century.

If you got more stuff on DAT would be fantastic if you could share that.

I see some of the Planet Dog alumni like Banco De Gaia quite active on Bandcamp, are you also on Bandcamp, if not maybe it is also an option to publish stuff on that platform?
