Agreed, although folks with deep pockets can sometimes get their way by merely threatening those just starting out with protracted and costly legal action.

That metal guy seems to have missed the point entirely, but it was a fun song nonetheless.

'trademarks' dont seem to stop companies on ebay printing whatever they want on t-shirts etc... cant say im really in the market for a t-shirt with that phrase....

I did laugh when i first heard the song... i mean c'mon.... what 'sick beat' is the stupid bint talking about

A little hit of Sony Acid makes a nice home remedy for sick beats, but you have to be careful because it can make them pretty loopy.
