Having just bought Rhino (just before v2 - free upgrade) I'd have to say it's well worth anyone's money. I haven't had the chance to get beyond the presets yet and doubt that I will for a while - there is so much to go at that just importing my old DX7 presets and tinkering with them will keep me happy for ages.
Mind you, ImpOscar looks good, and I've always liked the Albino 2 demo too....
....and then there's M42 - you could afford a few copies of that (and I don't own it yet )

I'd probably go for Torben's GCO1 comp - one can never have enough quality compressors. I've got enough synths, but will never have enough good dynamics.
Which would leave $50 left over..........difficult that one. Maybe I'd upgrade Vanguard Lite to the full version.
But the other option would be to buy the ElementalAudio Eqium/Firium Eq bundle.
