This one is quite beautiful:
A rehearsal snippet (recorded in a very dry rehearsal studio in Hamburg) from my orchestral composition Windschatten (with my brother Markus playing the solo flugelhorn) processed with 2 fresh images and and a waveform tuning file extracted from one of my Iris patches - some VRoom on a Bus:

Here's a track worked on quite a lot, even though I should be doing other things, I still can't tear myself away from the Kaleidoscope, sensible enough it seems with all the hubbub out in the streets of Copenhagen right now..
https://soundcloud.com/twotoneshuzz/trombneinkaleido
Track exploring Kaleidoscope, used sounds from Patchpool: Alchemy Beyond Male OT, Sonic Cinema Trombone articulation mix and Seed Synth ,Kaleidoscope effected sounds from Scattered Entity Timpani, String Studio VS 2, Entangled Species.TasteDrum Jazz By Acoustic Samples Everything but the Trombone and the Entangled species jangling figures have been effected in Kaleidoscope.
B2 was used on the master, bus compression before and after Kaleidoscope..

...and thank's for the flowers - regarding the fact that KS has only been with us for a few months (well not with you of course) I can't think of the stuff we will be doing with it in a few years from now...

Closing this KS night session at 5:40 in the morning with Diagonal Cage - now my eyes hurt and I shall take a diagonal perforated walk to the gym.

I find Kaleidoscope works really well with orchestral material even if it is just streaming from Itunes. Especially around the 2 min mark with some smooth amplitude modulation type effect.Galbanum wrote:Sampleconstruct wrote:This one is quite beautiful:

Nice, reuse of Windschatten! I've got to do some practical work but I'd rather just stay in front of the Kaleidoscope. Each new example I experience just adds more fuel to an already raging creative bonfire !Sampleconstruct wrote:This one is quite beautiful:

First global encounter-group-with-talking-stick-meeting-on-Skype is due next month, it'll be a Skype conference thing and all addicted KS-users can log in if they at least present 5 valid examples of their addiction.TwoToneshuzz wrote:Nice, reuse of Windschatten!
