This includes recordings Voyager made of Uranus, which is a golden opportunity for some enterprising developer to use it as a source for a "Sounds Of Uranus Vol. 1" sample library.

Seems like its just highlights of their recording. Found in better quality, link:

There are many formats, I have chosen for test file "wav" (from Apollo8), smallest which was about 600 Mb, most were about 3 Gb per wav file, whole collection over 100 Gb (just for Apollo8, its part of Apollo and there are many other). Downloaded file was 24 bit 48 KHz wav. Hope it helps
